Pricing & Ordering Policy

 

RAT Cutlery accepts online credit card internet orders via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, E-Checks). If you prefer to order with a credit card by phone, please contact us at (865) 933-8436. You can also use our order form (.doc format) (.pdf format) and submit your order via U.S. mail or fax. 

NOTE: We do not ship outside the United States unless the buyer agrees to pay extra postage. We do not guarantee delivery on any package shipped outside the United States. Please see our dealer page for international sales. We ship via USPS priority mail. Applicable sales tax applies for all orders shipped to Alabama.

While most of the products are available directly from RAT Cutlery Company, we do not try to compete with our dealers and distributors. Some dealers may be higher and some may be lower but we encourage the end-user to always buy from a dealer before buying directly from us. Note: All warranty and  customer service issues are handled directly by RAT Cutlery no matter where the knife was purchased.

In addition, some dealers/distributors may not stock all the accessories or knives listed on our web site, so we offer direct sales as a service to our customers who cannot find a specific item or component from their local dealer. If a specialty item (such as a limited edition model) is not offered to our dealer/distributor network, then it will be marked as such and only offered for sale through this web site. These specialty items may be priced lower due to not being offered for sale through our distribution network, thus not in competition with our dealers. 

Please note: our dealers and distributors come first when it comes to shipping, so we suggest you make all of your purchases from the dealer since you will probably receive your knife quicker.

We do not offer or sell "seconds" or knives considered to have manufacturing defects. All knives sold by RAT Cutlery are built to our rigid quality specifications.
