RC-6 w/ Sheath System This is the first large knife for RAT Cutlery
Company and quite possibly the finest balance and fit we have ever designed. The RC-6 will
feature a high-quality Blade-Tech molded
sheath along with an innovative 2-piece RAT Cutlery jump-proof MOLLE System that provides
numerous carry options for both tactical and wilderness environments. Each knife
can be carried with the MOLLE back attached to the molded sheath or with the
MOLLE back removed and the molded sheath attached via the included MOLLE locks.
The RC-6 can also be purchased without the MOLLE back. (Due to sheathing
schedules, the RC-6 is scheduled to start shipping March '08 and is not available for sale at this time.) View

Note: Our knives are made from high carbon 1095
steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard
use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the
cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to
keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. We suggest using a dry film
rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH.
