Monthly Contest

Each month RAT Cutlery will give away a new knife to a lucky winner(s). All you have to do to enter is email contest@ratcutlery.com with the subject line "RAT Contest," with your name and shipping address in the body of the email (If you do not include your shipping address you will be disqualified). On the last day of every month all names go into a hat and one lucky winner will be drawn. (Each email is assigned a number and a random number generator is used to pick the winner(s).

 

Contest Rules:

  • One entry per month per email address and/or name. (you must re-enter every month)

  • RAT Cutlery will pay for shipping to any U.S. address. All overseas winners must pay for their preferred method of shipping.

  • The name of the monthly winner will be posted here when it's drawn.

Photo Contest

At the end of every quarter in 2008, RAT Cutlery will give away a set of RAT Cutlery field knives (RC-3, RC-4 and RC-6) to one lucky winner each quarter. Alternate prizes will also be given to 2nd and 3rd place winners. To enter you must email your photo to jeff@ratcutlery.com. You will be disqualified if you do not use the correct email address or fail to follow the contest rules.

 

Contest Rules:

  • Emailed photo samples must be sized as 600 pixels (widest side) x 72 DPI.

  • Each contestant may enter up to 5 photos for each quarterly contest. If more than 5 or sent, only the first 5 will be entered into the contest.

  • Photos must be of RAT Cutlery knives. Ontario RAT knives not accepted.

  • Field photos and/or studio shots accepted.

  • Photographer must maintain a high-resolution photo on file (minimum 1800 pixels at the widest side) until the end of the contest.

  • Photographer agrees to provide RAT Cutlery a copy of the winning photo in high-resolution format.

  • RAT Cutlery has the right to publish or use the photos as they see fit, including using the photo in advertising, electronic and print media.

  • Photos will be judged by a panel of photographers on the last day of each quarter.

  • The winning photographer's name and photo will be posted on our web site and forums.
